The album poster generator builds a poster from an album cover, with title, artist, track list and colour palette. You upload the cover yourself; it stays in your browser. The search fills in title and track list, and you can change every field.
To the tool: https://inkbuddy.app/tools/album-poster/?lang=en
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Album title / Artist | The poster wraps long titles by itself. A \| puts the break at a place of your choice, for example Random Access \| Memories; each part then gets its own line. |
| Release date | Year, month and year, or the full date: 2007, 10.2007 or 10.10.2007. The poster prints it as precisely as you enter it. |
| Heading for the date / for the length | The text above the value. Left empty, it reads “Released” and “Album length”. |
| Album length | The sum of all durations. If one track has no duration, the length is not printed. |
| Track list | List: one title and one duration (3:45) per row, movable with the arrows. Free text: one line per entry, without numbers. |
| Link for the QR code | Where the QR code leads. Without a link, no code is printed. |
| Style | Look |
|---|---|
| Classic | Light background, cover on top, then title, colour palette and track list. |
| Bloom | The cover blurred as the background with a dark gradient, light type. |
| Colour field | The background takes the main colour of the cover; the type is set light or dark so it stays readable. |
Padding sets the margin between the edge of the poster and its content.
Do it yourself unlocks font, size and colour per element, plus the background colour and the strength of the blur. Switch it off and the style applies again; your settings are kept.
If you hide the track list, or it is empty, the cover grows into the freed space. Once it is as wide as the poster, the rest is shared between the gaps of the remaining elements.
If the track list does not fit, the tool first adds columns and then reduces the type. If that is still not enough, a note below the preview says how many tracks are missing.
Long titles decides what happens to a track title that does not fit its column: Cut off shortens it with “…”, Smaller type reduces the type of the whole list until it fits, Two lines wraps it onto a second line.
Arrangement decides whether the cover stands above or beside the text. Automatic puts it above in portrait formats and beside in square and landscape formats; Stacked and Side by side force that arrangement in any format.
In Do it yourself you can reorder the blocks with the arrows under Order, for example to put the title above the cover. When the cover stands beside the text, it stays on the left; the order then applies to the blocks beside it.
In the Cover card under Effects:
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Cover shape | Round cuts the cover as a circle – handy for a photo of a record: place the circle over the disc and you are done. Centre hole punches the hole in the middle. |
| Highlight | A reflection of light on the cover: a slanted stripe, or the two fans of a vinyl on a round cover. With UV print it can also be printed as gloss, so the spot really shines. |
| Disc behind the cover | A vinyl record or a CD sticks out of the sleeve on the right or left; you pick the Kind of disc below. Under Look of the disc you choose: Drawn (a black record with grooves, or a shimmering silver CD), Photo (a real record or CD) or Your own image, which is cropped to a circle from its centre. On the record (drawn and photo) the label takes the main colour of the cover; on the CD the background shows through the hole, hub and rim. |
| Reflection | The cover mirrored below, fading out downwards. It is printed in colour only, without white – on bare material it shows through. |
The cover gets smaller when the disc or the reflection need room. With UV print, white, gloss and relief follow the round shape; the disc takes the print switches of the cover.
Like the cover, your own disc image stays in your browser. It is part of the project file, but never of a template or your account.
| Use | Formats |
|---|---|
| Paper | A4, A3, A2, 30 × 40, 40 × 50 and 50 × 70 cm, portrait or landscape, at 150, 300 or 600 dpi. With Custom you enter your own size from 20 to 1000 mm. |
| Social media | Story 1080 × 1920, feed 1080 × 1350, square 1080 × 1080 pixels. With Custom you enter your own size from 100 to 8000 pixels. |
| UV print | Any width and height from 20 to 1000 mm, or one of the paper sizes, portrait or landscape. |
| Roll | For the Roll-to-Film Attachment: material width 100 to 305 mm, the poster is 6 mm narrower (3 mm margin each side). The length is free from 40 mm; the longest possible length depends on the resolution and is shown below the fields. |
A resolution is only offered if the image stays at or below 64 megapixels.
| File format | For |
|---|---|
| PNG | Carries the print resolution, so it arrives at its exact size in eufyMake Studio and in print software. Without the Background element the background stays transparent. |
| JPG | Small file, for social media for example. |
| One page in exact millimetres with the poster embedded as an image. |
With the uses UV print and Roll the UV print card appears. It sets what the printer prints besides colour and lets the material become part of the design.
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Material | A preset that sets colour and white for all elements. Aluminium composite and Wood leave the background bare and print the type without white, so the material shows through. Acrylic leaves the background clear and switches mirroring on. Standard prints everything opaque. |
| Colour / White / Gloss | Per element: whether it is printed in colour, whether white lies underneath and whether it gets gloss varnish. Colour without white lets the material show through. |
| Relief % | The height of the element, 0 is flat. For the cover you can take the height from the image instead of a flat surface: light areas become high. |
| Mirror | Mirrors all layers for printing from the back, for example on acrylic. The preview keeps showing the view from the front. |
Above the preview you choose the View: Result on the material shows an approximation of the finished piece, the others show each layer on its own.
Print layers as ZIP downloads the layers as PNG files that match exactly: colour, white, gloss and relief, plus a text file with sizes and the layer order for eufyMake Studio. In the masks for white and gloss, black means “print here”; in the relief, light means “high”. A layer no element uses is left out of the ZIP.
The “Result” view is not a colour promise. How much metal or wood shows through the colour only a test print can tell.
A template holds the design only: style, fonts, colours, order, format, material and print layers.
Album data and cover are never included – whoever opens a template keeps their own album.
Under Templates you find ready-made designs. The preview shows them with your album and cover right away.
